• Contact and demo requests : your organisation's name, e-mail, phone number, the solution you are interested in and the message you send us.
• Estimates (sizing tool) : the information you enter (number of sites, users, volume) to prepare a proposal.
• Client area : e-mail and password (encrypted), to access your subscriptions and invoices.
• Language cookie : a cookie remembers your chosen language. No advertising cookie is set unless audience measurement is explicitly enabled.

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to answer your requests, prepare proposals, manage your business relationship and provide our services. It is neither sold nor rented to third parties.

Retention

Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and the business relationship, then archived or deleted in accordance with legal obligations.

Security

Passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text. Access to data is restricted and logged. Exchanges with the site are protected by HTTPS.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@gnlfconsult.com. We reply as promptly as possible.
