GNLF Consult takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are.
Data we collect
- Contact and demo requests : your organisation's name, e-mail, phone number, the solution you are interested in and the message you send us.
- Estimates (sizing tool) : the information you enter (number of sites, users, volume) to prepare a proposal.
- Client area : e-mail and password (encrypted), to access your subscriptions and invoices.
- Necessary cookies : one cookie remembers your chosen language, another your cookie choice. No measurement or advertising tracker is set without your consent.
- Audience and campaign measurement (with your consent) : if you accept cookies, the Meta pixel (Facebook / Instagram) and, where enabled, Google Analytics record the pages you visit, the solution pages you view, the sending of a contact request or estimate, and clicks to WhatsApp or phone. This data is processed by Meta and Google under their own policies; we never pass on your name, e-mail or phone number. If you decline, nothing is loaded.
- Where your visit comes from : if you arrive through a campaign link ("utm_" parameters or a Facebook click identifier in the address), we keep the source and campaign name with your request, to learn which campaigns bring us contacts. Nothing else is recorded.
Your cookie choices
You can accept or decline audience measurement at any time. Declining also removes the cookies these trackers have already set.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to answer your requests, prepare proposals, manage your business relationship and provide our services. It is neither sold nor rented to third parties.
Retention
Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and the business relationship, then archived or deleted in accordance with legal obligations.
Security
Passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text. Access to data is restricted and logged. Exchanges with the site are protected by HTTPS.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to
