The journey

From depot to customer, every step is tracked.

The office plans the round, the driver follows it on their phone, and the invoice reflects what was actually delivered.

  1. Round

    The office picks the vehicle, the driver and the stops in order. When the round starts, the goods to deliver are loaded from the depot.

  2. On the road

    The vehicle is followed on the map. Zone entries and exits and speeding show up in the day's alerts.

  3. Delivery

    At each stop, the driver marks “Delivered” with the recipient's name and a photo or signature, or “Failed” with the reason.

  4. Back at the depot

    Whatever was not delivered goes back to the depot. Stock stays accurate, with nothing to re-enter.

  5. Invoicing

    Deliveries to invoice are grouped by customer. The invoice is e-MECeF certified and payment is tracked until settled.
